Allied Motion Technologies Inc. Nasdaq: AMOT “Allied Motion” or the “Company”, a designer and manufacturer of precision and specialty controlled motion products and solutions for the global market, announced that it has acquired FPH Group “FPH”, an industry leader in developing technically advanced, reliable and cost-effective electrical drive systems and light-weighting technologies for existing and future ground-based vehicles in the defense industry.
